2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gudrun (Roberts); his pa-. rents;
and siblings. He is survived by his step-daughter, Claudia Roberts of
Roseville, MN and by nieces and nephews. He was a native of Moose Lake, MN,
son of Sarah and Morris Pomush. He received his Doctor of Laws from the
University of Minnesota in 1941. He served in the United States Army in WWII
for 4 years. He was employed by the State of MN for 34 1/2 years as a
Minnesota State Workmen's Compensation Trial Attorney, Commissioner of the
Department of Labor and Industry and Judge of the Minnesota Worker's
Compensation Court of Appeals. Masonic Funeral Rites under the auspices of
the Minneapolis Lodge #19 AF and AM at 1PM, WEDNESDAY, 1/6/10, with
visitation 1 hr. prior at Sunset Funeral Home & Cemetery, 2250 St.

Claudia Roberts of Roseville, MN and by nieces and nephews. He was a native
